ROYAL CANIN® GASTROINTESTINAL HIGH FIBRE loaf is a complete dietetic feed for dogs, formulated for the compensation for maldigestion. Highly digestible feed. RECOMMENDATIONS : It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion be sought before use. Feed GASTROINTESTINAL HIGH FIBRE loaf initially up to 12 weeks and lifetime in the case of chronic pancreatic insufficiency.

Composition: Meat and animal derivatives*, cereals*, fish and fish derivatives*, derivatives of vegetable origin, minerals, oils and fats**, yeasts. Highly digestible ingredients: *Highly digestible protein sources: 50%, **Highly digestible fat sources: 0.1%.

Additives (per kg): Nutritional additives: Vitamin D3: 149 IU, Vitamin E: 135 mg, Vitamin C: 74 mg, Taurine: 0.4 g, Iron (3b103): 4 mg, Iodine (3b202): 0.28 mg, Copper (3b405, 3b406): 2.2 mg, Manganese (3b502, 3b503, 3b504): 1.2 mg, Zinc (3b603, 3b605, 3b606): 12 mg - Technological additives: Clinoptilolite of sedimentary origin: 2 g.

RECOMMENDED FOR CASES OF • Conditions requiring a high fibre level* • Fibre responsive colitis / diarrhoea (including stress diarrhoea) • Chronic Idiopathic Large Bowel Diarrhoea (CILBD) • Acute and chronic diarrhoea** NOT RECOMMENDED IN CASE OF • Growth, gestation or lactation • Obstipation • Obstructive megacolon • Pancreatitis or history of pancreatitis*** • Hyperlipidemia*** • Lymphangiectasia, exudative enteropathy*** * A fibre rich diet may support dogs suffering with constipation, however it may also increase faecal volume which is contraindicated in some cases of constipation, particularly if associated with dehydration, obstipation and/or obstruction. For these cases a low residue diet such as GASTROINTESTINAL may be recommended. ** A food elimination trial is recommended for cases of chronic colitis or diarrhoea. *** In these cases, the recommended diet is Gastrointestinal Low Fat.
